Came quickly, quick response to concerns. Fast scheduling. Excellent workmanship. Replaced 50+ year old brick patio w concrete. Much improved.

Started a project to complete a concrete slab for a shed and had some concerns that I needed some help. Sergio was able to come by the same day I contacted him. He identified a solution to my problem...which was to hire him to help me! Sergio is a straight shooter and got his team (Felix is talented) to complete my project in the next 5 days. While not the lowest bid, the value added and professional service was outstanding. Highly recommended and will be working with him again in the future.

This is a small company in Montgomery County Maryland owned and operated by Sergio Morgadinho. I hired them to demolish and re-pour a 48' long extra wide double driveway, 20' of curbs, a large section of a patio, and several other sections of sidewalk. Sergio is a man of his word. His company will do what he promises, when he promises, and with good quality. His hard working crew (Felix, Michael and several others) worked tirelessly in hot weather for ten days. I've done lots of concrete work in the past, either via contractors or in DIY mode using our concrete mixer, and can attest that these guys know what they are doing. They are conscientious, personable, and very hard working. Sergio himself was the on-site supervisor and senior mason for all pours and other key aspects of this project. I consider myself lucky to have found this company . They are an Angie's list preferred contractor as well as via Home Advisor. I would definitely hire them again...

LOVED working w/ this company!! Sergio was the consummate profressional. I had a new walkway put in w/ concrete and brick pavers- COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sergio and his team were great. We had a 10' x 14' patio and a 9' walkway added in our backyard. They provided excellent service and a great product while being priced competitively. We couldn't be happier with the result!

It is always nice when a contractor shows up on time and is professional in working on a project. This was also done during COVID and we were glad to get this done. We enjoyed talking with guys about their fish pond!

Called Mediterranean Homes Builder to get an estimate on replacing some concrete steps. Sergio called back within 10 minutes and was there the same day. He quoted me a fair price and was able to start work within a week. He and his guys came when they said they would, finished when they said they would and did a great job. Great customer service as well. Would recommend and use again for other projects

Sergio and crew are very personable, efficient, and great at what they do. They laid a 9×18 cement patio for a reasonable price. I am not moved into the property yet, but felt good about not having to oversee. Each person I had contact with is someone I'd invite to dinner. In the midst of a move, home purchase, and all that goes with it, my experience with MHB was by far the most stress free part of it all. Sergio will be a go to for future projects.

Sergio and the crew did hardwood flooring, wall and ceiling ( and removed ceiling texture) painting, recessed lighting, replaced all cabinets and appliances. Everything is lined up perfectly, and everything looks great. The pricing was very competitive. I feel that I got a such a great deal as the job turned out absolutely beautiful.
