"Our bathroom was ugly 'smoker's teeth' yellow with black trim, now everything is a dazzling white and matches the tub. I don't know how they got the tub looking so nice. It looks like a brand new bathroom for 1/2 what it would have cost to do a complete renovation; it also (if you add actual dates worked on site) took less time than a complete reno.
Overall a very good experience. We did have some minor (reasonable) small snafus. We had scheduling issues and had to reschedule the work a few times, and they had to reschedule 1-2 days accordingly. The threshhold was also set a little high and there were some minor tile touch ups that needed to be done which were a pain to get scheduled. Also had a small mix up where I didn't get the bill at first due to some questions and their online bill system. It's a family owned business and the owner was very courteous about working with us and resolving the paperwork snafu.
Everyone was extremely courteous and clean. We're thinking of doing this in our other bathroom.
Only other comments is the process does have a faint 'nail polish' smell, so had to open all the windows. It didn't bother my asthma, but I didn't like the smell and got a mild headache one time. And we nearly had a disaster when the cat got near the drying glaze.

Purchased Angie's list deal for free visit and 1st Hour of service for a pre-paid $49.  On first visit, it was quickly determined that the condo associate couldn't turn off the water to the building.  And the plumber didn't have a part needed to install the faucet in any case; so for both reasons the visit needed to be rescheduled.

After some delay due to the Condo Association needing a major repair to fix their problem; we tried again.  This time a new person came 1/2 hour early, which is a problem since they notify condo owners the build water will be shut of only during designated times; however the maintenance manager made an except and shut off the water early.  However, I indicated that they needed two individuals to move out the stacked washer/dryer to access the necessary plumbing; and the 1st guy was expecting the 2nd to come at the scheduled time.  So we waited and he never showed up.  And he was to have the necessary parts.  The 1st guy was able scrounge in the truck for awhile and did find the parts he needed, purely by luck.  Next, the 1st guy couldn't remove the washer/dryer himself and the maintenance manager helped him.  And he proceeded to make the repairs.  Subsequently, the unit needed to be put back, and the maintenance manager was no longer present.  I was able to help reluctantly since I recently injured my back; but with some pain and effort we got it back in place.  At some point towards the end, the 1st guy had a very heated discussion with the office about never working with "CJ" again (I assuming the 2nd guy who didn't show).

Now on to payment; the I had discussions with the office coordinator several times that my Angie's list voucher was still valid after the initial situation.  When the 1st guy called it in, they didn't honor that, indicating I used it with first visit.  A visit in which no work was done, and he didn't have the correct parts even if he could have.  So I was charged the full price.

I'm fairly certain the "2nd guy/CJ" was the same individual who came out the first time.  And while he was "fine", I didn't really like his demeanor.  I recognize he made the visit and couldn't perform the work; thus the reason I didn't really object on not getting credit on the 2nd visit.  But was not happy after being assured it was going to carry over.  And his not showing caused the 1st guy to spend billable time looking for parts and struggling with the washer unit, and worse making me and my bad back help him.

I want to say the guy who did the work was polite to me; seemed to do a quality job, and got through a difficult situation.  With the exception of the phone call back to the office in front of me, I don't have any complaints on his service.  I gave the D on price because of the non-application of the Angie's deal; but the price was probably fair given the time spent otherwise at about $95/hr.

In the end, it wasn't a disaster, and the price wasn't a real problem, but it still wasn't a particularly pleasant experience and didn't really instill much confidence.  I think I would try another firm next time to see if the experience was more positive.

Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. "We've used Constantly Running for plumbing issues such as fixture replacements and pipe leaks and have been very satisfied with work performed by James Russell, proprietor, and his staff.  We'd had them out to install a new garbage disposal and snake a slow bathtub drain.  While cleaning out the drain James discovered that there was a small hole in the drain pipe that had been covered by accumulations of debris that once removed, allowed water to drain through the hole onto the ceiling of the room below.  In conversations about the state of the bathroom in general, we'd mentioned that it was our intention at some point to have the bathroom renovated. They had to return to replace the defective portion of drain pipe and repair the ceiling of the room below and while they were working, James offered to renovate the bathroom at a price that sounded eminently reasonable.  I wasn't aware that this was a service he offered, but since we've always been impressed with his work, we decided to go ahead with the project.  At first glance if looked straight-forward, in term of removing old wall and floor tile and replacing it, as well as the tub enclosure and the vanity.  It turned out to be a larger project, as the all the walls and flooring need to be taken down to the wood frame.  The walls and flooring were replaced, and new tiles, fixtures and paint that we had chosen and purchased were installed.  The craftmanship was exemplary.  James and his staff were totally competent, eminently courteous and friendly, and the job was done in a timely manner.  The renovation turned out better than we had ever thought possible, and we are very happy to have been able to work with him, and hope to do so again with another bathroom.
