"The electrician came to the door without a mask. Not realizing that the company apparently has no protection policies in place for its customers, I didn't ask him if he was vaccinated until he was leaving the house. He bragged that he, his family and friends are all unvaccinated. At a time when a virulently contagious Covid variant is making many people sick, the company should have a strict policy requiring its employees to wear masks and, if possible, be vaccinated before entering a customer's house. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never hire JPS again."
