"Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. He saved me some time and money so I was happy to leave him with a tip. "

Not realizing that the company apparently has no protection policies in place for its customers, I didn't ask him if he was vaccinated until he was leaving the house. He bragged that he, his family and friends are all unvaccinated. At a time when a virulently contagious Covid variant is making many people sick, the company should have a strict policy requiring its employees to wear masks and, if possible, be vaccinated before entering a customer's house. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never hire JPS again."
