"There's one word to describe Dave Rutch and his company: professional! From the very beginning of the project, Dave suggested design ideas that improved on our vision. Initially he consulted with us about how he was going to contain the mess. The demolition of two of the bathrooms was smoothly followed by rough-in and framing. He was personally on the job working and supervising on a daily basis. He coordinated the job so that plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, granite glass company and all deliveries arrived in the right order and on time. Work on the third bathroom was deliberately delayed to avoid inconvenience. In the meantime, Dave worked on two other projects for us. He tiled the laundry room floor and painted, and he reconfigured the master closet and painted. In all instances Dave's painting was meticulous as was his attention to detail. Dave finished the job on time and at a very competitive price. We will use Dave's company in the future and we enthusiastically recommend him to you.

"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. He reached out to me within minutes one night after I frantically submitted my info on Home Advisor. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problemâ  a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. The first rain after DPWâ  s sewer line repair, the night of NYE, my basement massively flooded with 6â  of rain water. Sterling answer my panicked phone call and advised me of what to do. Turns out storm water was flooding through the cityâ  s excavation. I donâ  t know what I would have done without his help!"

"Over the past few years, my wife, Divine, and I have been mulling about getting our kitchen and master bedroom bathroom remodeled as they both need some serious updating. In October of 2017, we finally decided to go for it and go through the usual procedure of getting at least 2-3 bids for the projects, as they involve some serious dollars (for us, at least). The first bidder (we won't name it) was a big disappointment. The company representative that came did not seem to have the enthusiasm or energy to really help us out on a strategy as to the hows, whats, and whens involved in a major project. Besides the price quoted being ridiculously high, the choices in material was somewhat limited. Next, came VKb. Joe and Gail came to our house to do their thing. Both were very professional in their approach, took time to discuss things with us, and most of all, we felt comfortable dealing with them. Thus, VKB ended up the second and last bidder for our projects. The VKB personnel’s demeanor got us sold. The projects got underway in November for which Ferhat was assigned as the project manager. He was professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the projects, made himself readily accessible for any questions we have had over the course of the projects and he would avail himself whenever we wanted him on site for any project-related reason. He remained on top of things from day one and all throughout the progression of the projects. I am a very detail oriented person (to the point of being a pain in the rear at times) and there were times when some things seem out of place or I want them done a certain way, Ferhat always made sure that they got done without sacrificing safety and within standards. The work crew provided by VKB was outstanding. They were courteous, meticulous in their work, and tried as much as possible to prevent dust and debris from getting all over the house. They treated me and my wife with respect and they did the work as if they were working on their own houses. If I had another house that needed these types of remodeling, I would never settle for another work crew, If I could afford it, I would pay them a retainer just so they are available to work for me at anytime.
