While walking together all sides of the yard, he listened very attentively to what we were hiring him for. We were and we are very happy with his work. He showed up as promised and over delivered the entire work. Yes, over delivered. Not common nowadays. He and his crew are very hard workers and their work is very detailed. "I have extensive damage to my lawn due to moles, so I needed to have the whole lawn reseeded. I decided to have the lawn aerated with their two direction aerator and then seeded. They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. They left you with a small bag of sun seed and small bag of shade seed to touch up any areas that need some attention. Very happy with the results. I used a little of the shade seed in the spring and that was all."
