"I have extensive damage to my lawn due to moles, so I needed to have the whole lawn reseeded. I decided to have the lawn aerated with their two direction aerator and then seeded. They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. They left you with a small bag of sun seed and small bag of shade seed to touch up any areas that need some attention. Very happy with the results. I used a little of the shade seed in the spring and that was all."

She was very thorough and spent a great deal of time helping us figure out what made sense for our needs. She then spent time working up the estimate on the spot. Later when we decided not to install any system, she was gracious and helpful. We did get two other estimates. One company didn't even come to the house - just used google earth to map out a system.
