"We wanted to get on board with the current trend in doorbell cameras. Got a quote from ADT Provider, known as Safe Street USA, and felt their offer was more than fair. We have door sensors and motion detectors inside and the doorbell camera mounted outside. Nice to feel “with the times” in home automation and security."

"I've used this company before, and they never let me down. I had a break-in at one of my rental units a few days ago. They broke the glass on the front door. BCG came the next morning and replaced the door, changed the locks, and had it ready to go before the end of day. They also had some excellent advice for securing my other windows. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
