"My experience with Advanced Granite Solutions was great from the start. I found them on Angie's List and visited the store soon afterwards. "I received a phone call and they told me what time to expect them, they were on time.  They got right to work laying down drop cloths and covering the toilet and the sink and flooring.  They told me everything they found that was a problem and fixed it without charging extra for it, put in all new plumbing behind the wall and new fixtures.  They took such great care to vacuum as they were going along so there was no mess at any time.  I am on oxygen and I was concerned that with them taking things out and cutting into things that I may have a hard time breathing, but there was nothing in the air, no fumes or strong glue smells or anything.  The gentlemen that came out (one was one of the owners) were very professional and friendly and very respectful.  I can't say enough fantastic things about these two people and the incredible work they did."

"I called the company and Anthony called me back promptly and set up an appointment to provide a free estimate Monday 3/4 at 9am. Precisely at 9am Anthony arrived, listened very carefully, gave numerous suggestions and quoted the price to me. He was totally professional, knowledgeable and a gentleman.  Out of 4 bids, this company was the lowest price. Normally I don't go with the lowest price being concerned that quality would be at risk, however, I am so glad I chose this company.... the quality of their work is outstanding! Anthony explained that they could do the work today,  Tuesday 3/5 and 5 men would be on site at 7am.
At 6:30am there were two trucks in my driveway. How often does that happen? Anthony was there at 7am reviewing the scope of work and ensuring all was well. The painters and the Master carpenter were amazing! As a seasoned DIY'r and someone used to construction and projects (we are renovating an entire 2 story colonial and have done this to numerous homes we have owned) this crew was probably the single best I have ever seen. They are "machines". Not only are they neat, nice and professional, they asked me regularly to check their work and if I liked what they were doing. They actually encouraged me to look at the work in progress and tell them if I saw anything i did not like (again, who does this?)
I am an experienced woodworker and their Master carpenter who installed the crown molding had me in awe. He measured, cut the pieces and they were spot on the first time. He was respectful of the materials I supplied and there was minimal waste. I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company, I will most definitely invite them back to my home to do more work. Quality, honesty and good old fashioned craftmanship is what I would tell you is their business model. Thanks to all for a great job!

"We requested estimates from 2 companies, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Surfside Plumbing.  Benjamin Franklin responded punctually and gave us a written estimate.  We wanted to check prices so we called Surfside.  It took a couple of calls, but my husband finally spoke with the owner of Surfside.  He said it wasn't necessary to come out and look at the job and he quoted an hourly rate and an estimate of 1 to 3 hours to complete the job.  His estimate was considerably lower than Benjamin Franklin.  We told him we'd buy the sink and faucets and call to schedule an appointment.  Within a week we had both.  We called to schedule. 

The owner answered our call after several tries to reach him and said he would call back when reached his office.  No return call.  After a few days we finally called and spoke to the owner.  He said he would be out the next day.  He came out and suggested that the sink we purchased would not work well with our silestone counter top.  I agreed and we decided to buy a better quality sink.  Within a week we had the new sink.   Again we tried to schedule an appointment.  It took about a week to finally connect with the owner.  Our sink was finally installed.  The men that were sent to do the work did a great job.  And we saved a couple hundred dollars on installation.  Even considering the problems with scheduling, I think the owner tries to accommodate customers too much, we are very happy with the work that was done.

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
