"I got an immediate response from Donovan. He came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. When the parts were not available locally, he put a rush on them and came back in less than 48 hours to install them. He cleaned the entire dryer system and cleaned up after himself. I will call them again if I ever need another appliance repair."

"The installers Dionne and Will, did a great job and have amazing work ethics. I think they were well trained on Idema and installation . Very professional and meticulous about finish work and clean up. The ask me to look over the work and make sure I was satisfied before they left. Love my new shower install, looks great and they got the job done quickly and efficient, very happy with the services."

"The main reason it is not a 5 rating is because it took a little longer to do the job than I had hoped. I had tile installed around my new fireplace and backsplash installed in the kitchen. The installation went fine for the fireplace. It was the backsplash that took the time. It took two more days than expected because the gentleman doing it got sick and had to stop the work for those days. He was a very nice guy and I certainly was not upset that he got sick. I just thought they should have had an installer that could have filled in. It may be that I donâ t understand that the same person who started the job should finish the job. But I would definitely recommend them. The workers showed up on time and worked to get the job done and did it very well"
