"I met Tony around 2018-2019 when I needed someone to find tenants for a long term rental that I eventually sold in 2024. For 5 years Tony had been my one and only go-to for my rental turns. His knowledge of the area and his resources are what I needed considering I was a distant owner. I never had to worry after putting the rental in Tony’s care to find, show, and prepare the lease paperwork. He would take time to go over the particulars of each applicant for me to make a decision on acceptance.
