Bob Sweredoski and John Howell from Primex Mortgage were wonderful to work with.  We obtained a very competitive interest rate for our mortgage and they walked us through all the documentation without any glitches.  We had started working with a well-known national lender, but ran into some problems.  With just a little over 30 days until our close on the new property, Bob arranged for things to be processed very quickly and made our deadline.  A couple of days before settlement, we found that the original lender had not credited us for our appraisal fee that we paid up front, and John Howell quickly resolved the issue.  We would definitely recommend Primex to anyone who is looking for a mortgage and would use them again ourselves!
