"It was amazing! Let me say right off the bat that Ken from Floor Gem was great. We had some water damage and needed to get the floor replaced before Thanksgiving. We had a little mix-up on the installation date and time but Ken was fantastic and with incredibly short notice he was able to arrange a team to perform our install. They did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier!"

"I had an area outside of my basement door entryway that was not only an eyesore, but was also pitched incorrectly allowing heavy rain to accumulate to the lip of the door frame. Corey Henderson and his crew did a FANTASTIC job overhauling that area to give me not only a beautiful outdoor gathering space, but also a refreshing peace of mind! Corey was upfront about the cost (which was very reasonable considering the size of the project) and was willing to accommodate a last-minute necessary adjustment from me. He and his crew were very respectful and friendly. I will definitely use his company for future projects."
