They're people really know what they are doing - understand animal behaviors and how to eliminate the problems humanely, and protect from future intrusions. I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. I live in the Southeastern Forest. Organic matter... really? This felt too much like an attempt at a money grab. Their customer service is nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics are a turn off. I will look for smaller businesses in the future."
