Brian is local to Anne Arundel County and was incredibly quick to respond—he came out ASAP to help us with a wasp problem that had us on edge. From the first interaction, he was professional, easy to work with, and had a straightforward, kind personality that immediately put us at ease. Brian has many years of experience, and it shows. He took his time not only addressing the issue but also educating us about what was happening and how to prevent it in the future. What really stood out was how honest and transparent he was—it never felt like he was trying to upsell or make money off of us. Instead, it felt like he genuinely wanted to help. His prices were significantly lower than the competition for the exact same work. Despite the lower cost, the quality of his service was exceptional. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and knowledgeable these days.
