He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. "It was a two person crew.  They were polite and went right to work.  The cleaning portion went off without a hitch.  When it came to doing the chimney inspection, they said they couldn't do it.  While my house is two stories, they considered my chimney a 3 story chimney and didn't have ladders high enough to reach.  So no inspection.
