"Mike came to Annapolis yesterday to repair my central vac. Showed him the unit and then went inside for a short while and then asked him if he carried parts on what appeared to be a well-equipped truck. He said the motor wasn't on the truck; it was already installed. I was amazed. He was punctual, smart. fast and efficient and helped me use the warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service and expertise. Highly recommend."

"FABULOUS!! Ten Star Rating!!!!!! I can't truly say I hired Richard though. He called me 5 minutes after I contacted Service Master, and over the phone he diagnosed the problem with my central vacuum AND told me how to fix it, free of charge! Now that's service! "Although we decided to hold off on this project for awhile, Justin provided excellent advice and provided a timely and complete cost estimate.
