"I have lived at this home for 30+ years. I liked all the big shade trees. Over the years, I have had to hire tree companies to remove trees due to disease or storm damage. I have experience with these types of services. Veteran Tree Services (Freddie, the owner) is the absolute best tree company I have ever hired. For a large tree, I have always gotten three quotes. Freddie's quote was competitive and he was timely with his initial response, follow-up and scheduling. His crew was great: they all kept busy during the process, and the clean up afterward was thorough. There was a technical aspect to my job. In removing large trees, it is common to use a rope in a nearby large tree as a "helper" to guide the branches and trunk down safely. This was my last large tree, so no "helper" tree was near. The other quotes I got didn't convince me this would be easy or possible without a crane. The Veteran Tree Services crew had the technical skills and experience and did a great job. Thanks!!!"

"Fabulous experience! could not have gone better. Communication spot on. Arrived promptly for estimate and emailed it immediately. they charge $600 and had other estimates for $900, $100 and $1400 for same job! sent out Miss utility and once that was complete they were ready to c ome out the next day. they had to push is to one day later due to an unexpectedly long job but they came the next day as promised. They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."

"I found these guys on Angi and submitted a request for a quote. About 5 to 10 minutes later Ed called me and said he could be by in about 2 hours and gave me a quick quote. He showed up on time, was very fast and efficient, and my yard looks great! "JMC Tree Service did a thorough, professional job taking down a challenging tree. Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting.
