He literally called me within 3 minutes after I left the request. Getting the part was difficult during the pandemic, but Mr. Lowery managed to locate ONE and pushed to have it delivered ASAP. It was a difficult job as the furnace fan is located in a crawl space and he and his helper had to crawl on their knees to access it through a small opening. He kept me up to date throughout the process and called me afterward to check on my satisfaction.
