When my shower wall turned out to be deeper than expected after taking out the tile, I had to get a new shower base. They covered return shipping of the current base for me, since they approved it. They found a new shower base and even picked it up from Home Depot. Then Alexis discovered that our plumbing was misaligned for the new shower base. He worked extra hours to get us taken care of and did a beautiful job. Appreciate you, fellas!"

"Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."
