He was very thorough and provided all of the information we needed about how it would be installed. For accessibility, we decided to have a folding seat and two grab bars installed in the shower. Once all of the parts were delivered to Mako, the install itself took less than a day. The installers, Kevin and Riley, did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the new shower and flooring. It not only looks amazing, it addresses all of the safety and accessibility issues we had with the old bathtub and floor."

"Jay was amazing ..he had to return to finish the job. My building had someone moving out and would not let us use the freight elevator . Granted I did not know that their would be a need for it,so I had to reschedule the work .The building can be very difficult for contractors not on the buildings preferred list. When my shower wall turned out to be deeper than expected after taking out the tile, I had to get a new shower base. They covered return shipping of the current base for me, since they approved it. They found a new shower base and even picked it up from Home Depot. Then Alexis discovered that our plumbing was misaligned for the new shower base. He worked extra hours to get us taken care of and did a beautiful job. Appreciate you, fellas!"
