"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nir and Alexander from Chimney Sweep Clean for any chimney problem you may have. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!"

Super friendly and reasonable (at least for the cleaning, I didn't double check prices for caps, but honestly don't care too much since they have a lifetime warranty on it). "The technicians redid the bricks so that you couldn't even tell they were repaired. It looked beautiful. They put in a new liner in the chimney and waterproofed it. They redid the inside of the fireplace to bring it up to code and put in a chain that easily opens and closes the flue. It looks so good and easy that I may decide to use the fireplace again. They redid the pipes in the basement so the fumes from the boiler and hot water heater went up the chimney in the correct way. There had been water damage and they corrected the damage and closed off the hole in the wall (foundation) and made a bigger hole in the correct place so that everything was up to code. They were polite, efficient and worked very hard to get the work done in the promised two days. I have interviewed many companies and found this company to be straight-forward in telling me what they would do and didn't try to tell me they were giving me a "good deal." Rather I feel they gave me an honest estimate on what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure me into using their company. They did give me 10% off because I was an Angie's List customer. What company to use was a hard decision for me because I knew nothing about chimney repair. Because so much of the repair was inside the chimney I couldn't tell what they had done. Based on my experience I feel they did a good job. I don't have a picture of the repaired chimney but it looks great--better than it did before the bricks fell. If someone wants more detail I can copy exactly what they did from the invoice. Also, maybe the company can show a picture of the finished product. Since it is summer time I haven't had any experience using the chimney but will let you know how things work out during the winter."
