Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "It was a two person crew.  They were polite and went right to work.  The cleaning portion went off without a hitch.  When it came to doing the chimney inspection, they said they couldn't do it.  While my house is two stories, they considered my chimney a 3 story chimney and didn't have ladders high enough to reach.  So no inspection.
