Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. "Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain."

"It went very well. Lal wore covid19 PPE and covered his shoes as not to soil my floors. He had to remove the toilet to unstop the drain pipe. He used an electric snake to clear the drain and replaced the toilet including re caulking. I'm very pleased."
