"I had a great experience with Precision Renovation and Construction. They were much cheaper and easier to work with than the other contractors I spoke to about my job. I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers. Other contractors quoted me several hundred more. James was very friendly and did a great job."

"Jerome and his team were amazing and got our job done in the time estimated. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. They also had to repair a brick staircase and hand-ground out each mortar joint. Their work was thoughtfully done and impeccable. I canâ t recommend them highly enough."

Additionally, garbage disposals last for around 15 years, so if you know your appliance is reaching that age, it’s likely better to pay for a new garbage disposal rather than sink money into repairs.

While the drain connection for a garbage disposal is nearly universal and fits standard sink drain holes of 3 1/2 to 4 inches, the size of the disposal unit itself is not. You must have enough space in the cabinet underneath your sink to accommodate the disposal's housing. A larger model may not fit in a compact cabinet or if the existing plumbing is arranged in an unusual way. Before buying a new garbage disposal, measure the available space under your sink.
