"I had a great experience with Precision Renovation and Construction. They were much cheaper and easier to work with than the other contractors I spoke to about my job. I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers. Other contractors quoted me several hundred more. James was very friendly and did a great job."

"Jerome and his team were amazing and got our job done in the time estimated. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
