During the visit, Kenneth explained to me what was going on, even when I was quiet, he would ask me if I had any questions what he was doing. Even curious electrical questions I had like how do you know where to move around as to not get electrocuted or if you're drilling a hole, making sure you know not do hit a wire. He was great in answering any question I had. Both were super personable during my interactions with them. I was able to charge the Tesla immediately after they completed the work. They even cleaned up all the dust and debris from the installation. 5 out of 5 will definitely hire them again and use them for any electrical work I need to do around the house.
