There install was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I were amazed at there professionalism and the way they kept the work area clean. When they were finished they made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the operation of the controls before they left. Clean up of the work area was spotless. Jeff Miller was our salesman. Jeff was on time with his appointments. He makes the decision very easy due to his professionalism and product knowledge. "It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"It went great. The door on the screened porch was disintegrated and needed to be replaced. He arrived on-time and started working. The door size we had purchased (the closest size door they had) was way off and, he could have just asked us to buy a different door. Instead, he was able to send us with a list of supplies, then he managed to modify the porch wall, re-screen the door area of the porch wall, and then hang the new door. He did a beautiful job."

"We knew the door was a custom size and that it would have to be ordered; however, the delivery date was 5 weeks later than the promise date. The hardware used by Master Seal tarnishes, has been replaced once and the new handle is already showing signs of discoloration. Company was very responsive on replacing hardware. Customer service is GREAT! Workers appearance can be a bit ''shady'' but the work was good."

"I find it in only like they provide a partial service, I think it's only for the porch wash service, they did not paint it for that but I paint it by myself. It's not like what they've said maybe it's not like that detailed enough for me to understand. I think I paid a little more than what they said on what they cover for that price."
