Best patio cover pros near Gettysburg, PA

"We were most impressed with the work and professionalism of both Josh and Scott. They worked as a team, answering all of our questions while maintaining efficiency in their job. We are delighted with the look of our awning and the added usefulness of the deck it covers. It would be a pleasure to have this team back again for any future installation. We must admit that we enjoyed this morning's installation of our awning due to the attitude, knowledge, and friendliness of Josh and Scott! The electrician, Scott also did a dynamite job!"

"We recently moved into a house with older two retractable awnings over the deck, one of which malfunctioning, and both of which were showing their age. The business owner, Tony, came to our house, inspected the awnings, and reviewed all of the options with no pressure to purchase anything. His estimate for replacing the fabric was fair, and he fixed the malfunctioning awning motor without charge. Based on his advice, we will try to clean up the old fabric before replacing it with new material from American Awnings."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"I hired Tim to replace a broken pipe. He arrived early and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I will be using them again for more projects."

"I have used L&M for multiple projects around my house including flooring, adding heat and air conditioning to the sun room, removing a window and installing a patio door in it's place, cleaning out the garage and basement (and making multiple trips to the dump and Good Will) and building shelves for storage in the basement. Mike and Kyle do good work, are polite, clean and very patient with both me and my mom who has Alzheimer's and is frequently confused about why they are in our house and what they are doing. I will be using L&M for many more projects both in my house and my mom's. I highly recommend them."

"I have used John several times and at all times he has been beyond amazing. John is patient, understanding, and takes his time to explain details of everything being done. He always asks questions to make sure the work he does is what the client wants. John is overall an extremely skilled man and has done different types of works with me from painting, cabinet installation, and even putting together/setting up furniture. John is beyond amazing and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when it comes to Home Improvement."

"Paul does adequate work, not a Pro. Knows what he's doing & offers suggestions and advice. Prompt, polite. Cleans up after work is done. Replaced a bathroom fan/light, mail box, anchored loose spouting, replaced and repaired shingles. Power washed siding, 2 deck/porches and a walkway & stained them. Put up stained lattice skirt around porch. He explained what he would and was doing. Brought his own equipment. Satisfied with the work and would hire him again, & would recommend him to others."
