Once again Wolfe, Mottola & Sons came through. I had a roof with some major wind damage resulting in leaks in a tenant's bathroom. It was the first time I had made a claim for a roof, and WM&S made it very easy. Linda was terrific setting it up, (even while she was on vacation!) and Todd answered all my questions along the way, again, very patiently and thoroughly. The CertainTeed Lifetime Landmark Pro Architectural Shingles look solid and come with a 10-year transferability warranty if you sell the property. I look at roofs now when walking around and the flashing, corners, ridge vents, bay windows, roof line, ... all of it looks solid with clean lines. I don't have the worry anymore about any leaks or issues for my own house or tenants. It's awesome. Thanks Linda, Todd, and everyone at WM&S... again.

Wolfe Mottola & Sons did an amazing job on our new covered deck, gutter replacement and concrete pad. We wanted a no maintenance covered deck that integrated with the house and not look like an add on. They offered suggestions to maximize materials and accommodate the items we wanted. Todd Wolfe came by promptly to estimate my roof replacement.  He was courteous, professional, and personable.  He is a very likable guy who puts you at ease immediately and is completely customer oriented.  He was easy to work with when i asked for some additional services after he quoted his price.  When I selected him,  we worked out a date quickly.  On that date, he and his crew were there on time and finished early.  Quality of the job is first rate and the roof looks great.  No hassles, no problems and a competitive price.  The yard was cleaned up and the old shingles and debris were gone by the next day.  Nothing around my home was harmed in any way.

This company is great!  The guys were extremely professional and showed up on time.  The roof inspection was performed and the inspector took picture of the issues and the issues that were addressed.  I will be calling them soon to come out and fix a couple issues that they identified.

I selected this company after obtaining multiple quotes for roof replacement.  The quote was for the exact same materials and repairs that the other companies had quoted but at a more reasonable price.  Todd Wolfe contacted me within 24 hours of initial inquiry and scheduled to come assess the roof within 3 days.  He explained the type of work that would be required as well as detailing the materials that would be used.  Once we selected this company to accomplish the work Todd was able to schedule us within 2 weeks.  Prior to our scheduled date Todd was proactive in contacting me regarding the weather which resulted in a 2 day delay but he was out with his crew once the weather was reasonable.  His team was professional and arrived promptly in the morning and completed the work by mid afternoon, afterwards they cleaned up the work area of all debris.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent.  They're professionals were able to complete the work in one day.  The new roof actually looks much better than the old due to the exacting craftsmanship of their workers.  The valleys beside the dormers now have woven shingles covering that area instead to the colored aluminum used by the original builders.  The fact that they provided the extra service of cleaning my gutters meant a lot to me.  I would heartedly recommend this firm to all.

After dealing with quite a few contractors, I was very pleased to work with Wolfe Mottola & Sons.  They sent a guy out that brought the correct sealant for my type of roof and had most of my leaks fixed in the first trip.  And best of all they did not break the bank or try to swindle me out of more money...they are VERY reasonably priced!!!  I will do business with them again in the future.

They fixed 90% of the issue. Since they have done work we do have less leaks. However, there are some remaining problems. We have had them come back out. I do not think that the remaining leaks are necessarily their fault. I don’t think it’s something they’ve done or neglected to do. My roof seems to be a puzzle. Finding the true location of a leak has involved a lot of troubleshooting. They have not charged me any extra to keep coming back out here. The guy they are sending out to do the repairs is very knowledgeable. Overall, I’m satisfied. Service with them was great! They are making an effort to get the problem fixed and get the job completed. Todd is excellent! He is prompt with returning my calls and he addresses my issues in a timely manner.

Obtained 7 estimates to replace my asphalt roof.  Their proposed price was within the range of the others.  They were able to complete the job in one (long) day.  Results were great.  Would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality roof replacement.
