John was an excellent resource for my MANY questions on everything from details of installation to composition of cabinetry, etc. The install process was straightforward and Jeremiah cleaned up absolutely everything each day. His attention to detail was impressive. We had a LOT done-refacing on about 30+cabinets, building (from scratch) a new set of custom-sized cabinets to fit in built in wine fridge, new tile, new quartz countertops including a new breakfast bar extending along former knee wall. They even extended existing cabinets and you can't tell at all what was old and what was new. We are incredibly pleased and the kitchen is gorgeous. Any issues (no reno is completely problem free) were handled swiftly and deftly by the owner with open and thorough communication. Would definitely recommend."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
