"Vaccumed ducts at each return and delivery vent. Only one very high return was missed. Santizer fog placed in returns and thru the house. Dryer vent cleaned from outside. Before photos shown for a few vents but no after photos provided."

"Our dryer vents from the center of the house to just under the second story eves. He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."

"I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."

"Al came out to my house to clean the chimney. He was very nice and was easy to work with. He showed me the brush they used to clean the house chimney. He knew exactly what to do and went over the whole process with me. He is an asset to your company. I would recommend him to any of my friends that needed to get their chimneys cleaned.
