"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. "Foundation repair completed with no clean up on my part. I watched as Jamie Castillo and Osman Ochoa cleaned the concrete wall of 53 years of paint and stucco wall design. First closing off all avenues of dust escape, then grinding and chipping 11 paths 12 inches wide and then applying straps to the still and through to the concrete floor. That wall isn't going anywhere. all cracks filled with concrete epoxies. The consulting engineer and then an inspector arrived noted the great quality of work provided by Jamie and Osman. Before I signed anything off I walked through and swiped around for dust particles. No concrete dust nor debris on any of the furniture nor bookcases sitting just 10 feet away from where they were working. The floor that I saw which had about 100 lbs of stucco, concrete paint and debris earlier, looked like it had just been washed. Impressive on time show, impressive to watch those two professionals Jamie and Osman to work together, impressive clean up. I'd hire these guys again. While I was at first shocked at the pricing, seeing what these guys did I can understand the cost."
