Finding the source was difficult due to several possibilities nearby, finally was tracked to a crack in a sewer vent pipe hidden from easy view. David's response and service was professional and accomplished in a timely fashion. And the damaged area now looks like new."

"I needed a ceiling patch. Install 2 new air vents and replace ballast, replace bubs in ceiling kitchen light (large ceiling light), replace bulb in ceiling fan and replace bulb in laundry light. Olvin Ramirez did it all and beautifully. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and very hardworking! I’ve never seen anyone who works as quickly and accurately as Olvin does. He was without a doubt the best handyman I have ever had the pleasure to work with and would greatly appreciate and welcome him into my home again for future projects."
