He came out the next day and discovered a major clog and the gutter and that the downspout was not positioned to correctly. He rectified both problems quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. He also followed up during the next downpour to assure that I had no other problems. I really appreciated that. The chimney Cap also had to be installed so that was another project.
