Overall the project when smoothly and finished in a timely manor.

They were the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. Bill McKay, the project manager, was a liar and fraud. He did not listen to what I wanted. He decided on his own what he wanted to do and how he wanted to do it. I even gave him written instructions as far as the brand of paint and color I wanted and the brand, style and color of carpet. He tried to substitute a different brand of paint which I caught in time and had them get the brand I requested. He also substituted a cheaper padding and brand, style and color of carpeting from what I instructed him to order. Unfortunately I didn't catch it until after it was installed because the color was similar to what I wanted. The end result was that I refused to pay for any of the carpeting, padding and installation. I paid for the other work even though it was very shoddy as well. The price was reasonable. The owners were very upset when they found out what this guy was doing. They did come out and try to rectify things. Once they realized he pulled the bait and switch with the carpet, they did not charge me for that.
