"My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn't rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ocher, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. I couldn't have been happier with Javier and his crew, and my wife had no qualms about having them in our house while I was away at work. They called me several times to communicate their schedule, and took care to protect the flooring on the main level of my house. Javier was more than willing to work with me to route the sump discharge pipes in the area I wanted them. He and his crew worked very hard and put in extra hours to have the job completed on schedule in two days even though they ran into several unexpected issues. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of the crew, and the integrity of company, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Basement Systems to anyone."

"On April 8 2021 Bryan Rutherford and Melvin R. came to my home to perform concrete leveling on my concrete aggregate pool deck and recaulk the perimeter of the pool. I was some what apprehensive because the pool deck is almost 30 yrs old and had uplifted sections for a number of yrs. They explained the process and then got to work. "The start date was delayed about two weeks due to weather but once they got going they worked steadily until the job was done. They were here early each morning and left at four. The workers were polite, friendly, and asked questions when they weren't sure about a few things. They left the place very neat and tidy. The slope looks very good. It's to early to tell how much better the drainage is but it is definitely better than it was. They were easy to work with and very dependable and efficient. Would definitely hire them again."
