"Our basement needed assurance that the existing sump pump could handle rising water levels under our home. It was recommended that we install a second sump pump alongside the existing one, with piping exiting water discharge to the outside. The Installer (Mr. Bernard W.) took care of everything in a very professional manner. His work was superb, especially clean and cosmetic in every respect. Thank you for your superior services!"

"I had really fallen behind in my yard work. I had not been able to do my back yard in more than 3 years because as soon as I did one side of the front yard, the weeds were back on the other side. My husband and I used to handle it together, but since he passed away, doing it alone was overwhelming. I found this company on Home Advisor. I got 2 other quotes which were way out of my budget. Will';s price was the lowest by more than half. He is not trying to take you to the cleaners. His people spent 2 days on my yard and I could not be more pleased. They arrived with everything they needed. Asked me for approval along the way and cleaned up. I am going to get them to do work inside the house also."

"Mr. Di Fatta and his sons removed the old bricks, cleaned out the salt deposits, poured new concrete with steel reinforcements, and laid new bricks. All very professional. The walkway looks great and I am very pleased with the results. Excellent value for the money."

"

Marvin is very conscientious business man. He showed up when he said he would, worked under some of the hottest conditions imaginable to complete the work as scheduled. When a couple of issues arose he returned and redid things until I was 100% satisfied.

One of my neighbors saw his work and contracted him for concrete work at his house. He ensures customer is completely satisfied and is a man who keeps his word. I would definitely hire him again

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Pros often use mudjacking or polyurethane foam injection to level a sunken concrete patio. Both methods lift the slab by filling voids beneath it. After properly compacting the soil beneath it to prevent future settling, the concrete may need to be removed and re-poured for severe sinking.

It restores concrete, prevents replacement cost disruptions, reduces trip hazards, and provides stability at a lower cost.

Yes, expanding foam (also known as polyurethane foam) can lift concrete. This approach, called polyjacking, involves injecting the foam rather than concrete slurry to fill voids and raise the concrete slab back into place. It’s often faster and requires smaller drill holes than traditional mudjacking, though it may come at a higher cost. Some contractors also prefer polyjacking over mudjacking for more damaged and delicate slabs.

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

Concrete leveling is not typically covered by insurance. In some cases where the shifting concrete is caused by a natural disaster or storm, you may be able to file an insurance claim if your policy specifically covers those circumstances. In most cases, though, you’ll pay out-of-pocket for concrete leveling.
