Shingles should never be powerwashed, & this should have been addressed before any worked was done. It takes the protective coating off the shingles. All the granules from the shingles were covering everything within range of the roof including the car, patio, handicap ramp, and siding. It was stuck to everything. They did the shingles & not the siding on the "roof"??! Black drips of dirt &tar were dripping down the whole house. I had to hire someone else to fix their mess. Beware. They don't want to go through angi & will not back up their work. To LBM: I am headed to the better business bureau site next. I'll see you there."
