We advised your wife during our initial walkthrough about the scope of work, and she approved it. We had been contracted for roof service only, and we have video and photos showing the area was clean before we left. Additionally, we have before and after photos of the roof that differ from the ones you posted. We also sent you the video, and you confirmed that it was clean at that time. On the day we cleaned the roof, we noticed that the siding was also dirty. We offered to clean the siding for a small additional charge, which was declined at that time. We understand that you contacted us over a week after the service was completed to report the issues you mentioned. It's important to note that unfavorable weather conditions during that period could have contributed to some of the problems you experienced. We are committed to providing quality service and stand by our work. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused and regret that you felt the need to hire another company to address these issues. This is not typical of our service, and we will review our processes to ensure better communication and satisfaction in the future.
