"Mike called on Saturday and offered to do the job that afternoon for what seemed to be a very reasonable price. He came at the time he said and replace the three vent collars and was done in about an hour. Mike was a clean cut guy who knew what he was doing. I watched him from the ground. He used personal safety equipment while on the roof and took his time and did the job right. There was no preassure sales pitch for additional work.
