His crew was very friendly and efficient. They respected my property (nothing broken or damaged). The work done was neat and they cleaned up after themselves. They positioned the drain pipes to drain in a a part of the backyard that would not be seen (unlike another company that wanted to put a 6 foot pipe sticking out in the front yard). If I've forgotten anything, just know that the whole experience was painless and very reasonable priced!"

Since the repair, we've had a few storms and everything has held up. The next big test will be when we power wash the house, but with Best Buy's phenomenal warranty, I am not worried. Finally, the crew that did the work were great. They cleaned up when they were done and Hamilton (Hammy) made sure to run through things with us. He was also very sweet to my elderly mother."

"$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great."

"I was impressed with the information given at time of quote. I was told that even though some companies would do a fill repair that they would not do that type of work because they did not feel like it would fix the problem long term. They were honest and gave me another solution, that although a little more costly would permanently fix the issue. After doing some research I believed their suggestion was indeed the best way to go. My only complaint is that it took several months to get on their calendar. They were up front with this at the time I booked with them and did show up around the time the told me they would.
