"They fixed 90% of the issue. Since they have done work we do have less leaks. However, there are some remaining problems. We have had them come back out. I do not think that the remaining leaks are necessarily their fault. I don’t think it’s something they’ve done or neglected to do. My roof seems to be a puzzle. Finding the true location of a leak has involved a lot of troubleshooting. They have not charged me any extra to keep coming back out here. The guy they are sending out to do the repairs is very knowledgeable. Overall, I’m satisfied. Service with them was great! They are making an effort to get the problem fixed and get the job completed. Todd is excellent! He is prompt with returning my calls and he addresses my issues in a timely manner."
