The Project Mgr stays on the site and takes pictures when it is completed so you can view the upper gutters. My only drawback was the "cleanout gutters" part of the contract. They pulled the junk out of the gutters but did not do anything with the downspouts or check to see if they were blocked. I had to get them to go back up with the hose to flush out blockage like any other gutter cleaning co. would do! After they left I had to clean out gutter debris from my landscape and around on my patio."

"Product seems good and install went fine.  During the quotation process, Mr. Kevin O'Brien told me that the installers could not walk on my roof and did not give me the associated discount.  During the installation, the installer put the ladder up to the garage and walked all over the roof (never moved the ladder once).  Mr. O'Brien also said there is a money back guarantee if your gutters ever clog.  The printed warranty policy, however, says the warranty amount is only for the dealer material cost (maybe $100?).  TBD on how the gutter guards will perform - I just do not appreciate being lied to.
