The crew were so efficient and the cleanup of our yard was so good would not know such extensive work had been completed. New roof looks so good. Was a small issue with a couple of the new downspouts and the owner Jason personally came out and completely resolved the situation without any fuss. Would highly recommend Evans Quality Roofing."

I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "We purchased a new front door and storm door from Arch Exteriors. The Sales person and the quality of the door were good. Our issue was with the service department and the installation crew. The installation crew/manager did a sub-standard job for installation. The door itself was not set in level, there was an obvious gab and then the lock was damaged when they tried to install it. They cut too far back on the inside tile floor and tried to hide it with pieces of shoe molding. The seal at the bottom of the door began to fall off within the first month. We had to fight with the service manager, Byron, to get anything fixed or to show up for appointments he made with us. The service manager, Byron, did not appear to have trained his crew on how to install a door. Our storm door was initially installed with no safety chain, so the first gust of wind tore the door off the hinges and half of the trim off the door frame. But Byron said since it was the wind, nothing can be done. I pointed out the door lacked some pieces to prevent this. When I pay someone to do work, my expectation is that it will be done better than what I could have done. This was not our experience at all. "Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."

"They did not show up on the day of the appointment. They also did not call to reschedule or let me know that they were not going to show up to do the work. Then i come home a few days later and see they left a door knocker on my door saying they did the work. I would rather have been there when they were doing the work so that I could have known for sure that they completed it. lack of communication was not appreciated in this situation."

He made sure they delivered exactly what we were seeking to accomplish. Blase was also sensitive to ensuring that the historic look of the house was maintained and enhanced by the materials they used and the work they did. The result is beautiful. "This business responded promptly Appt was a Saturday 5/18/19 he was on time and very informative signed contract same day, Received call on 5/20/19 to schedule an appointment to have final measurements on windows scheduled for Tuesday 5/21/19, He showed up on time and very proficient, Window team showed up at 8:30 AM on Saturday 6/15/19 work was completed in about 2 hrs to replace 6 windows, Workers were very polite they cleaned up when done Very satisfied"
