"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. He reached out to me within minutes one night after I frantically submitted my info on Home Advisor. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problemâ  a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost.
