"I did not use them because after they gave me all the add-ons when they got here, they were over $100 more than my regular gutter guy, and that was without factoring in their add on for the skylights.  Their add-ons were for the pitch of the roof but also or what he called the porch, it was actually a roof extension over my garage to accomodate a 3rd bay.  That was not mentioned in the package when I bought it, and this made me uncomfortable.
They said the pitch was too steep in places to allow 1 person to walk the roof alone.  Both my regular gutter cleaner and the roof shampooer I used last year had no problem doing so.
They said they could not do the skylights because they needed to bring special equipment.   (I reminded him that at the time of placing the order, I sent a note saying I would need 5 skylights to be cleaned while they were on the roof).  I don't know what the add on would have been for the skylights which were included  my package from my regular guy.  I needed both to be done at the same time, so regardless of the price add-on, since they came unprepared to do the package, I would not have used them.

"In 2002 KD Sweet Construction Company added a sunroom to our home.  It is a beautiful room which has been essentially problem free.  Mr. Sweet designed and built this room.  Some of the main features include the building of the deck, the framing of the room and a vaulted roof with six skylights.  The roof was built as an extension to the existing house and made to match perfectly.  Actually, the room appears to have been a part of the original house.    The room has received numerous compliments.  We recommend K D Sweet Construction for its superior workmanship."
