"Mr. Canales arrived, reviewed the repairs needed, & gave me the price to complete the work. I agreed and then he proceeded to repair the soffit & fascia. I needed it done right away before the next storm with wind made more damage. I was pleased to have it repaired so promptly."

"Great! Samuel did an amazing job. He and his helper cleaned windows, sills, and storms so that they absolutely sparkled. They removed all the storms to wash them, cleaned off the screens and washed the windows inside and out. They had to move furniture around here and there and did so carefully without causing damage. I work from home and they were quiet and courteous which I really appreciated so I did not lose a day of work. I was amazed they did such a good job and got it all done in one work day. The price I was quoted was right in between 2 others--one on the high end and one on the low end. I liked that Mel showed up personally to do the estimate, exactly when he said he would, demonstrated how the storms would be removed and cleaned, and told me the name of the person to expect and when he would arrive. I highly recommend and I will book them again in the spring."

"Great service and easy to work with. Beautiful work on my basement renovation. Great job by Jeff and Chris Coates and their team. Looking forward to working with them again."

"Mahdi is a great guy, kind of expandable helped me additional glass work all around the house for a decent price"

"Jon came out quickly when I called, inspected the problem then emailed a detailed estimate with a fair price.  His crew came out within the timeframe promised, did an excellent job with the repairs and cleaned up everything completely.  I highly recommend OC Elite and will definitely use them again."

"In 2002 KD Sweet Construction Company added a sunroom to our home.  It is a beautiful room which has been essentially problem free.  Mr. Sweet designed and built this room.  Some of the main features include the building of the deck, the framing of the room and a vaulted roof with six skylights.  The roof was built as an extension to the existing house and made to match perfectly.  Actually, the room appears to have been a part of the original house.    The room has received numerous compliments.  We recommend K D Sweet Construction for its superior workmanship."
