Very bad job. Raul Villa, the owner of New Villa Construction, LLC on May 23, 2025 cane to fix a leak on the shingle roof of my house in Baltimore. He worked less than an hour on fixing the leak. He asked to pay $350.00 cash, not in other way. After a few days when it rained, we noticed the leak is not fixed properly and the rain water leaked to the ceiling! I called him about it, he came back to fix it, but sadly it continued leaking at the same point after that. I called and texted him several times, letting him know that the leak is still there. He hasn?t anything yet! He told me to install a new roof, and that was it. He did not respond to my multiple messages yet!
