"I Hired John James property after having major issues with my first contractor during my complete renovation of my garden apartment. Not only was he prompt in returning my initial call, but he came by within 24 hours to see what I needed done and start working on an estimate. "I will begin from the end-HIRE THEM! We have been using EnviroBuild’s services for the last 10 years, since purchasing our house. They serviced us in 4 different projects, in which the last one was after a tree fell on our house. They came and start assisting us even prior to the insurance providing approval by covering the roof and getting someone to clear the large tree debris. They negotiated with the insurance and made sure that we will receive ALL we need to be done to include permits and inspections.
