"It was a completely positive experience in every respect. Gary arrived on time and patiently went through the house to try and diagnose the new and very frequent “ghost” water sounds throughout my house. Checking the area where water sounds could be originating from, Gary located a joint on my sump pump that had a leak and was causing the trap on the pump not to close completely resulting in the water sounds. He replaced the joint and installed a silent trap which is wonderful because the sump pump had gotten so loud over the years that it could be loud enough to keep someone awake! Then, he snaked out my kitchen sink that was backing up and now it’s draining better than ever. Gary was professional and very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done and why. "Once in a blue moon a person may find a contractor with whom they truly want to work--a person who values honesty, has expert knowledge, takes pride in his work, is conscientious, fair and punctual. In addition to these fine qualities, John was gracious, considerate and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a top-of-the-line French drain in my basement, which included features not offered by many of his competitors. It was done in 3 days, to the exact specs he kindly sketched out in response to my questions. When a glitch arose with the backup pump, his employee returned to do a quick fix the same day. After many years and much higher estimates, I finally have a basement that I feel will stay dry even in the worst of weather. I am very grateful."

"Excellent job all around. The work was done in late March, 2019, but I waited to post this review until after a heavy rainstorm. The storm of July 8, 2019 (>4"/hr) would normally have caused water to seep up through the concrete floor. After the storm, there was not even a drop. The sump was dry. The job was messy: jackhammers and lots of dust. They left it clean. One cannot even see where they cut the lawn to get the pipe to the curb. My only critique is that the new concrete poured to replace the broken floor should have been completely leveled. From initial estimate to installation, excellent work."
