"We had insulation installed a week earlier by Koala. During the insulation, Jasper (insulator) suggested another area that we might consider installing blown-in insulation. We agreed and the second job was performed on Friday, the 24th. Jasper and Richard were on time, the insulation project was well done and they left the area very clean. Would use them again."

"Great! Job was complete .... removal of existing 50+ year old insulation, air sealing attic, baffle installation, installed 18 inches new fiberglass blown insulation, and new whole-house fan. Atlas estimate was lower for a more extensive work, and when combined with the rebate from BGE, turned out to be a highly reasonable deal. "We hired ROI Construction for replacement windows and were satisfied overall. They were open to price negotiation (we had competing bids) and flexible on scope, we added shutters at a reasonable cost. One install issue came up, but they resolved it within a couple weeks.
