He got ladders from his truck to remove what he found in two locations and put mesh over one vent as well as nailing up a drooping soffit on the 2nd story to prevent reoccurance. When he was finished, he explained what he found and the reason the birds got in."

"All Star was excellent: they were able to schedule us an appointment the same day and were extremely prompt and professional as well as reasonably priced. Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion. When I heard what I believed to be birds in the vent again, they came out again for no charge (60 day warranty), and were able to determine/demonstrate that although it sounded like the birds were in inside the vent it was actually just the birds trying to re-enter (sound travelled to end of vent so it sounded like they were just inches away).
